Wow, this area is even more lovely than the last. Great photos and I can see all of the hard work you have put into the property. It will pay you back handsomely if you decide to move at some point in the future. I really love the color scheme and how nicely everything matches with colors and hues. The sconce looks like new with a little spray paint and some elbow grease!! Nice work sweetie. You are becoming the female version of Bob Vila, of This Old House fame. Can’t wait to see it for myself.
Congratulations on such fine handiwork and the very lovely living space you have created. I think that you could become a home improvement specialist. You have a real knack for this Erin. I am serious.
Love you,
Dad
Ditto Dad’s e-mail. I did ‘t realize there were more pictures. I love your dining room set – it’s beautiful. And the Shoe (?) cabinet that you re-did is beautiful. What are you storing in the cabinet?
Everything is just beautiful, Erin. Congratulations on all you’ve accomplished. I ‘d like to put ceramic tile up in the kitchen on the backsplash. Want to help me?
Love,
Mom
Erin, the house looks lovely! You have done a great job on everything. I love the clean, uncluttered look.
